long time no see.

i know you kept things objective and to the facts back in the day so what i will say is all in my opinion, but i think you should value it. hahah. just joking of course.

i was happy when we heard the italians (CEO/BOD) were out as it seemed they were a cause of the silent period and lack of progress. the new BoD seem much better suited as they come from a better economic environment and have experience with multi-million/billion dollar projects like the massive dubai sports complex.

yes, there is a dot to connect there and we all may be connecting the wrong one. however, if the italian financing-BoD/CEO connection was there, who's to say the new BoD won't be able to bring in bigger and better financing?
