Well MRK and ARIA did apply for it and it was denied. I will try and poke ARIA's IR, but historically I have found them rather unhelpful.

From Adam Feuerstein,"MRK confirms to me that request for priority review of ridaforolimus was made to FDA. No explanation for why FDA denied the request ARIA"
