that was a question, not a projection. why do you say it will be less? Here is why I am guessing it could take 18 months...

"...order the cGMP plant from the manufacturer (after approval by the town of the building renovations that the plant will need such as ceiling heights etc)...."

Then, of course, the equipment must be installed and test runs must meet standards.

As someone who has done reasonably complex installations starting with an improperly configured empty box, I began with a 12-month best guess, then added 50% because things tend to move slower than I would like at NNVC.
