Gee cluelessstockjunkie....Mr Kieft never did re-register with a Finra registered firm after getting fined and suspended back in 2004... Mr. Kieft is no longer registered with a FINRA firm ... his activities are no longer within Finra's jurisdiction


Regarding the incident-disciplinary action in 2004... did the complaint contain charges similar to what is found with pump and dump operations? TIA
