Spoke to a person that handles peoples retirements. With these market conditions, only invest in things you grew up with. Examples given were Coke, GE, Boeing etc... Look around your house and find items you use everyday and need... toothpaste,food, pain killers etc... These are the companies that will be standing if the shit hits the fan....
