look........... malampaya took less than 3 years to go commercial if i remember correctly....please check..i'm estimating,,,,ahead of schedule they said...

the stock doesnt jump up the day it goes commercial..........its a billion dollar producing machine...............it cost 3 bil back then.........and they were in the green quickly.........so basically......if something is justifiably built for profit with a 5 bil expense..then imagine on the profit potential we are sitting on.............it'll be tax free money until we cover expenses,,,dont forget that.
