Absolutely agree. I'm sure you will also agree, that will not exonerate any party that took illegal advantage of the situation.

Again, that won't be the SEC's view. Right or wrong, they feel that preventing a significant market disruption trumps satisfying speculators. We learned that with GVRP. It's why I didn't even try to play BCIT. I figured the same thing would happen, and it did.
