They arent dumping. This is people or holders selling. and much of the time the Market Maker is the one buying the shares back. this happens to most of these stocks. They will drop it and buy back at .0009 and .001 and then run it up to .004 where people are jumping on the wagon to buy..

This is no way related to news or numbers etc.. its simply trading
