No PR four days after a very important event in company history -- the Markman Order. Yet, immediately after Valero signed with ICM a PR was released indicating that the KK intended to broaden the litigation accordingly. Therefore, KK is not adverse to putting out PRs based on the litigation. One could conclude that KK is working on something major that has yet to be consummated. (Petal that is NOT the same as making SOUP out of the SYRUP). I hope that the PR will be truly significant -- not simply the signing of a small ethanol plant for example. We need this to accompany the R/S. Frankly, if nothing important is announced along with the R/S it will be an opportunity to average down. All things considered we have had a negative market response to the Markman Order. There was an increase in volume for one day but the PPS had no movement. Now the volume is very low and the the number of shares available at 0.0001 has increased. If that is the market response to something as significant as the Markamn Order it is going to take some kind of PR dynamite to get the PPS moving north. And without it, well the significance of that event depends on if you are ready to buy at lower prices post R/S.
