Which is hardly surprising given that he has forgone his salary for several years!.

So you really have nothing whatsoever until when and if you get evidence that he's actually made a sale. Then IF a "pump" is going on AND no significant news is also going on, THEN you have an issue. Otherwise you have nothing whatsoever except for a potential for an issue (well there are always no shortage of those!)
