There is a lot of debating on this board, in my opinion. The court date is in 3 weeks. Everyone should know what they own and listen to themselves. Play your own risk/reward here. I do not see why people are "looking out for other people" by saying either good or bad things (it is all an opinion / your own perspective of things). This is pennyland. No one should trust anyone but themselves. People have alternative motives many times.
