hey oil very happy arete was able to raise a total of 11 million in this market, especially with the oih down 30 percent and s and p down 15 percent. obviously there must be some value here, but curious as to why management didnt say how the money was raised , who participated, and why not a conference call to address shareholders. any thoughts.
