My broker (Tradeking / Fidelity) requires me to call in on orders of more than 10k shares. Both of them require a call on orders of more than 10k shares. Im not sure it may be because they are OTC stocks. I stay on the phone alot so it is easier for me to just order in blocks of 10k instead of having to call in.
