We are where we are and will remain in our situation until we sever all ties with Dave Williams. No matter what you say or do Dave will not concede to Diac he thinks he knows all. does not like to listen to reason does not play well with others. I have said before that in the past I personally have had several phone conservations with Dave all of them were about the same. He rambles on talks over you he may ask for your opinion but really doesn't want it. His child like behavior has kept us from moving forward for years and now because of him shareholders are paying for something that he should be paying for. The idiot has had several years to copy the reason he waits till now is he all of a sudden doesn't like his fellow board members because they don't want to do what he wants to do.
