Capt, Amstock.com is the website for ADVC transfer agent...I've been put on hold many times trying to call them but have not registered at this site...The company's latest quarterly filing is my latest DD source other than their recent pr blitz...The quarterly filing confirmed that Cornell cut them a check for the payout of their investment in them...With the balance for their debt to Cornell subtracted first, with the exception of 100 million shares...Later in the filing a reference to the 100 mil shares gave me the impression that they were also paid off...Cornell orignally took preffered shares for the financing of the Cyber Test acquisition...Have not seen a change on that...The company's cash build up came primarily from the investment maturing in Cornell......Anything anyone has to add will be taken, fwiw and appreciated...LJ
