BAC I tried to sell one of there foreclosures and gave them 11K more then the asking price, they verbally accepted then declined in writing and sold it for 3000 less then my offer and it took 20 days longer to close. These guys need to get every penny, imagine doing that x the millions of properties they have to dump. No wonder there at a all time low...
