BOGDAN CASE A PRECEDENT SETTER.

When Bogdan wins his case against Janes it will precipitate an avalanche of securities fraud law suits against Janes. Did Janes mislead shareholders? Is there documented or video recorded proof that he did? Let a Judge decide, as 60 of them have already ruled against Janes in previous lawsuits, one more is a good bet.
