PEIX: 3 Specialty Chemical Plays to Keep an Eye on

Specialty chemical stocks such as Synthesis Energy Systems Inc (NASDAQ: SYMX), BioFuel Energy Corp (NASDAQ: BIOF) and Pacific Ethanol Inc (NASDAQ: PEIX) are good trading bets. With the possible exception of Synthesis Energy Systems Inc (NASDAQ: SYMX), the other two stocks are certainly under owned.

Pacific Ethanol Inc (NASDAQ: PEIX) is in oversold zone, as indicated by RSI value of 28. It has also been coming down heavily and a breakout or a bounce back can be seen today or tomorrow.
