Hey simple. Yes i see it in the dropbox. basically once everyone downloads the client it essentially creates a folder like any other folder in windows. all you have to do is drag and drop your file into the folder (dropbox) and everyone who is logged in will see it and have access to it.

One thing I am considering doing and asking that everyone do when adding to the folder is create a log. I am going to create a text document onthe root of the dropbox folder and call it New_Items.txt. When everyone adds something to the dropbox we should make a note what we added and where we put it so we can see what is new in the list.
