It's been 5 months. Any word on that disclosure yet?

An another PR from April detailing the defense to the shorts:

"And there are additional stratagems, the most powerful of which are the repurchase of stock or the sale of the Company."

It's been 6 months since Black put out this PR. He hasn't bought back stock or sold the company either one. Although he recommended that we decline an offer that is 10 times the current PPS.
