Eric Noveshen of Envision Capital was right in the middle of the Medgen / NIR shake down of some NIR funded companies. He also got kickbacks from Dworkin. He was a neighbor of the Medgen boys and him, Medgen and dworkin hatched a shake down game that is refllected in the Medgen Q and K reports.

I've been tryin ta get some info on a case filed by Noveshen. Filed in NY Eastern Dist Court it claims Encompass Holdings owes him fees associated with NIR funding. It appears Encompass just ignored the case. What I believe is really happenin is that Encompass is just waitin for the right time ta toast Noveshen. I'm sure they will be watchin this latest possible Ribotsky / Noveshen deal very close. The only info I was able to get from Encompass was that they haven't heard from Noveshens attorney for quite some time. They also have plenty on the Dworkin, NIR, Medgen, Noveshen scams. I'll be interested ta see what comes up next in this new drama.
