i lived there 20 years massive parking lot at inlet,,, also,,there are more resorts/beaches up north few miles away,,rehobeth beach and bethany beach lots of rich folks at bethany ,,,also,,,you are aware that at salisbury maryland which is 35 miles from ocean city is home to perdue chicken? and they are planning on going green?,,,also,,,, right outside of ocean city there is ocean downs race track one of few places in maryland that boasts slot machines,there is massive parking at ocean downs,another perfect canidate oh and fyi,,there is constant wind blowing at the beach
