Shareholders in what? NHSH?

Mineseeker is supposedly the holder of a controlling block of NHSH shares, awarded to it by a company which although claimed to have merged with NHSH in a done deal, signed sealed and delivered, turns out to never have happened at all. So how did those shares become Mr. Owen's to award to somebody anyway? I mean really, who knows?? None of the PR'd claims can be verified anywhere. And in fact, the chain of custody of those shares as outlined in the PRs doesn't even make sense.

So maybe Mineseeker holds a controlling block of shares in NHSH. But that doesn't mean that a shareholder of NHSH holds equity in Mineseeker anymore than Mineseeker holds equity in any other shareholder.

Bottom line: Shares of NHSH don't represent equity in anything.
