Hey KongKong. There was no diagnostic quality realtime 3-D imagery produced at the OH. The I3 machine has never been tested for safety and effectiveness. The CDPHRD knows this, the FDA knows ths, shareholders know this and so do you or at least you should if you have in fact read all of the material at hand. The device could never have received the documentation that would have been necessary by the CDPHRD in order for the OH demo to have received the go ahead.

The I3 machine that is located at 3200W Valhalla Dr. , by Janes' own admission, is not connected to a data acquisition system and thus is incapable of producing realtime 3-D of anything. I believe that the data acquisition system is not there because it doesn't exist. Janes telling shareholders that it is off site to protect the tech is BS. Why hide the only part of the machine which is inovative and that would give you legitimacy? It makes no sense at all except that it doesn't exist, period.

Ge, Toshiba and Siemens do not venture into realtime 3-D because the tech is too big and expensive to accomplish and is riddled with radial artifacts. Don't tell me that Janes has developed the software to overcome these problems, something that GE, Toshiba and Siemens could never achieve.

I was hoping that you would have explained that even after 10 years there has never been one single publication in any medical journal on the device or why has not one single radiologist ever endorsed it? I believe that Janes is a fraud and I3 is a scam. I believe that all that Janes did at the OH was open and close his fist in synch to a pre-recorded video. This will never be proven on this IH board but will beccome the basis of the mountain of securities fraud litigation which is about to unfold.
