Eric and I have told him the answer given to us by company's IR and stock transfer agent. My question why is he even asking this question on an open forum instead of going directly to the source of the information.
Why ask people who guess or speculate when the people who know the answer are just a call away and are willing to listen and tell you the answer they have from company.
