I agree, the JBII process seems "too good to be true" which is why I did thousands of hours of actually meaningful DD including spending a week examining it in person.

I'm sure NYSE: RKT did a heck of a lot more DD before approving a PR that says their name specifically validates the process as "a viable commercial process"
