RtoR, Like your thinking with two exceptions. I do think anyone investing at today's price is going to get a good return and fairly quickly as it is just too cheap to stay here. That said, the rest of the financing has to go at least good. Fantastic in this market would be wonderful! Personally I think your guestimate has one correct number in it. I will say 350K for my guess and hope like hell that you are the one who is right.
