The current website needs to be made current so investors aren't fooled into DDing the wrong company. Which should have been done right in the first place. Don't blame the MOD for the companies incompetence.
This correct company currant information should have been done from the get go. I have seen other "promotors" put up a web site with a similar name to a company and fill it with bogus info to get "investors" to buy stock! Seems like the same scenario going on here.
Fishy. Even for a "Stinky Pinky" A wise man once said "Son... you don't have to step in BS...to know your around it!"

I see they have started to change the home page plus the header and logo and footer.
Still not current with factual info but at lest an effort has been made.

The latest filing which was just filed in Aug for the first quarter of this year shows some inaccurate info on this page:

At least the outstanding share count is right according to the last filing!!! Oh wait there is an extra 9 at the end!

No wonder you want to sweep the past under a rug but when you take over a shell you inherit the debt and all past dealings. If they wanted a clean slate they should have found a clean shell or done an IPO. IMO
