My point was to why wasn't Lucky Proven up by Katx
Proven Properties fetch Really Good deals

Simple as to why,,Financiers Had No Confidence
Nor have they even with the Vec Agreement...
Thats why this company is looking to Finance through CDs..
And Has not worked the entire season
Top it off with, the Bottom of the Barrel financing
is not Filling

The Idea that Vec chose lucky as something special is False
It was part of a Blanket Claim...Vec Covers their Bases
