So these 7 market makers sold AURC.pk shares which really never existed, correct?

Now the SEC is allowing shares to continue to be sold, which they say are connected to nothing? Why?

Where is the safty net? Who were these 7 market makers? Do I have any claim againest them? They certainly can't hide. Was not it their job the make sure what they were selling was real?
