Fabricating financial filing is a serious thing, imho. If Prmo is claiming that they have gold in financial filings, they better should have, otherwise, that becomes a fraud, IMHO. SEC can demand to investigate anytime, IMHO.

I guess CEO of one of the S stock was charged on fabricating financial documents and I think was sent to jail? IMHO.

Mgmt silence is killing this stock, IMHO.
