Bob, I was under the impression that stocks that had been formerly listed on the Nasdaq, Amex or NYSE could be reinstated without a price restriction.

TGA, RATE, and MDF were all listed at one time on the Nasdaq SC or national market before being de-listed and demoted to the OTC.

To my knowledge, AOBO.ob has never been listed, so it has a higher price threshold as a "first timer".

I wonder if anyone out there is a corporate attorney familiar with the listing rules for the exchanges?
Please correct me if I'm wrong....
