We only have about 12 weeks left of 2011 and everything always takes longer and costs more to get in place than one thinks or is told.

For example we recently assisted a client who was doing reverse merge outside the USA. At the start they were quoted three weeks at a cost of 30,000 Euros ($40,0000) and in reality it took nine weeks and cost 120,000 Euros ($160,000).
