POSSIBLE MEANING:

Might make you wonder if the company still EXIST in Physical Form. This is a good EXAMPLE of WHAT IS WRONG with the S.E.C. and the OTC MARKET. No Compliance - Market Makers run the Show with their Own Rules - Pumping and Dumping is Okay with the OTC and the S.E.C. - Nobody really gives a BIG CHIT !
