Bob, based upon the JM Dutton research and listening to the CC today, I'm inclined to agree that this is undervalued. You asked about the source of the selling. There have been quite a few Form 4 and 144 filings lately, but most are for under 20k-50k shares. There are a couple of bigger ones of 100k or more, but not enough to create this much supply.

I think there might be some hedging going on prior to the SB-2 filing being declared effective.....but who knows?

Barrons Partners is also a major holder here.....and we know that they take profits when they have them. I don't see any recent Form 144 or Form 4's from them, FWIW.
