Also, In the mountains surrounding silverton, there are millions of creeks/small rivers, they are FULL of minerals, so much mineral around there that the bed rock is bright orange or in some cases bright blue. This has huge potential, a friend of mine found gold in a rock while he was kayak the upper animas river. This area has enormous potential...
