These are Mr favatas WORDS [SEE HIS POST],
The Chief is just looking for an update since the post was in late July.
The Chief is not looking for insider info just updates on info that Mr. Favata posted and if I can recall you just cant trade off the info.
but some out there seem to have NDA's but buy 35k shares for their own benefit.
