My concerns over management is allowing the companies image deteriorate in the market. It seems obvious that it will take a while still to be cash flow positive and that means the need to continue to issue shares. Diluting the OS is not good but a necessary evil. The problem is that they have no cares about the stock price at which they dilute. A good management team would be concerned over the erosion of the stock price since it would than require more shares to get the same funding.

It would be nice for them to take a professional approach to the markets and help the public see the company as not just another scam mining operation stealing money through dilution but rather a professional organization investing in themselves and producing results. Timing is not that big a concern if you are working to get things taken care of. I am not concerned over the 10K since operations are what really matters. They can take another year for the 10K and I won't care. Just refrain from giving expected dates and leave the updates to what has been done to help the process and not when you expect it to be complete.

I seem to get a lot a slack from some posters for stating what any good investor would state. Pennies that go silent typically all fail. It sounds negative but its not false. They go silent do to problems not do to great things happening. If a company is doing well a CEO wants to take credit. He wants the shareholders know he's on top of it and doing a great job.

Also for anyone that feels insiders holding stock means they want the stock price go up are wrong. Insiders can issue themselves shares after a reverse split and still do great. Only the common retail shareholders are going to loose.

In the end the vast majority of investments run the same way. Poor management can ruin the best company and great management can turn around a poor company. The workers are the life of a company but management can easily kill there efforts.

Dredge I can say the same for you in respect to the opinions on what you know. I have learned an enormous amount reading your posts.
