After Re-reading the TADF`s PR dated 11th August: I just do not understand this;: TADF gave Tac-Air $ 315000.- to pursue a military contract and to acquire the right to purchase 10% of Tac-Air. If Tac-Air has several contracts going and "significant" revenue, why would they need the $ 315000 from TADF? And why would TADF have to pay $$ for "the right to purchase 10%"? They have to pay just to get the right to purchase?
If someone could explain to me I would really appreciate it. Thank you! One more thing: For those who wrote "this company is dead - or they will never make it", be careful with such remarks. We will know soon enough if those remarks were premature or not.
