Can somebody help me: I am an unfortunate shareholder who bought all my shares late (post 16 Aug 05) from Scottrade. I have been in the hospital
a lot this summer (open heart surgery and 2 post op
complications) so have had a hard time following
all this between hospital stays. But the template
offered me from CH's office: to merely request a refund of my original
investment,m seems ridiculous. Are there other shareholders like me who only hold post Aug 16th 05 shares and what are their reactions to this humble
template requesting only a refund, which would let the brokers off the hook and end the long and glorious hope for justice, here?????
