Well. I have done my DD and I am not saying they raised their AS.
I am saying they are merging and during a merger, old debts get
paid off prior to it happening. Someone has been selling this down from
80 cents to 40 cents. Don't get me wrong. I am not complaining.
I have been buying a lot of these cheap shares.

Increasing the float is not dilution, it may be necessary to complete
merger. It's okay. I understand. I am buying here at these levels.
I am asking questions and if someone has the answers, feel free
to PM me. I will call Jeremy tomorrow and see what he is allowed to say.
