I invested in this company before realizing what a bad idea it really was - unfortunately the non-merger convinced me to dump my shares a while back, but I keep looking for a bottom - unfortunately I think most people here will find that TADF has no where to go but down - huge debts, billions of shares and no merger in sight with Tac-Air. Doesn't it ring a bell when a company supposed to do a merger decides to back away and just have a JV with TADF?
My guess is they don't want their company to merge with all the problems TADF has - better to deliver the Super T and have you all foot the bill.
Go with the tide, just make sure you don't get caught in the undertow!
