If EnabledWare is anywhere close to the image of the company being portrayed by their website, why would they even think of approaching Jersey Boy and his so-called shell? In fact why would they even bother with RLTR for that matter? RLTR likely approached EnabledWare and there might be something, tangible or intangible, that is preventing Sean and company from killing the deal outright. They could have said something like "the deal is off." AND THAT'S IT. Time to move on.

But no. RLTR AND EnabledWare are keeping mum..
