This is about the 20th offering they have had in all the years I have followed them. Amazing how long you can sell an idea and never deliver a product and yet still get money. I guess as long as the story is good you can find financiers to flip the stock to naive shareholders. I do hope that soon they get a product out to help diabetics and heart patients with little hope since I'm getting to that age now and was about 40 when all this started.
