BELLEVUE, Wash., Sept. 29, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Voip-Pal.Com Inc. ("Voip-Pal") (OTC Pink Sheets:VPLM.pk - News) is pleased to announce that after identifying an internal issue, the Company has re-launched its retail web-site www.pointsphone.com and will soon resume taking orders for its low cost VoIP services. A special Board of Directors Resolution has been passed to dismiss Brent Russell with cause and to relieve him of his duties and responsibilities as a Director of Voip-Pal under the jurisdiction of Nevada State Law.
