I will address this issue, as I am just now catching up to what is going on.

I have not and never will give out a user's information unless it is accompanied by a SEC supoena. (Yes we have had those) However, we also are required to give out user information when a civil subpoena is issued. But, this site has never had a civil supoena, so anybody at SEVU could not have possibly gotten any user information. When we do get one, we will do everything within our power to get that specific user the information necessary to appeal the subpoena. Typically 10 days.

I can assure you that nobody, with the exception of the SEC, has received any information on any user on this site from me or anybody else at IH.

So your claims are false.

Any of you can feel free to private message me regarding this issue. I assume this will end this topic so you all can get back at the discussion here on SEVU. IHUB discussion should be posted on IHUB threads.
