SNP is an independent third party is it not? SNP does not profit from anything ERHC does, and therefore can be considered independent. Furthermore, it is a third party because it is neither ERHC nor the investors reading the CPR -->those are the first two parties. Hence, that makes SNP a third party.

No need for NSAI or anyone else to do anything. We know what the estimate was, it was communicated by ERHC: Biogenic gas.
