But who Tom, who has tried to hurt or harm the progressions of NHSH.

That's the part I, don't understand please help me understand.
Okay #1. Jeff wanted to merge with Centa no one forced that on him. The PR that reflected the proposed merger suggested that Jeff praised the move.

#2. At no time did any of the top brass of NHSH, up and cry foul when James released those false glowing financials, as a company the CEO Jeff D., stood behind him (by saying nothing makes guilty by association does it not?)

#3. Jeff, knew the stock swap was not the true intentions of James after a while, and still held the association in tack, but not once as the CEO, use his fiduciary responsibility to inform hopefuls that it was not going to happen.

#4. It was Jeff who issued 42mil in free trading shares as freebies, that constituted the majority control of the float, to ihub pals and himself that created offshore accounts, companies and so forth.

#5. It was Jeff who gave Centa, initial majority control of NHSH, with Centa putting up one dime.

#6. It was Jeff that reinstated the debt back into NHSH from coinless systems, in order to have conversion claim to. Hefty notes carry outrageous interest.

So many things to mention, but here again the only threat to the well being and progress points to one person Jeff.

So, are you saying that the problem being Jeff has been removed so that the company can finally progress.
In my opinion you should had Majority control from the beginning
