If the stock has no value, why not just erase it, permanently, from trading? why should it return? Aren't they liable for losses for allowing people to trade a stock with no value?? What happened to "buyer be ware"?
Seems like politics, as usual. I'll be the people with the power to make these kinds of decisions are making lots of money with their friends.
