But the RM announcement was on the old GRES website plus the other announcement. And you are right, TMSH did not file for an RM because it was all fake - GRES did not have the projects they claimed. There was no office with researchers and engineers had at work in Madras nex to the beauty salon.

I knew there was no solar farm in Nevada and one by one their projects were proven to be fake/false with the exception of the biomass.
I'm surprised that someone who bought TMSH at .70 and lost a lot of money did not file an SEC complaint.

That's why nobody trusts management now! They already fooled people.

Projects
BioGas-To-Power

GRES’s “BioGas-to-Power” project consists of an animal manure farming program or green energy project that is under an exclusive joint venture “GRES & C-Trade” Philippines, including various individual farmers and local government agencies. There are five existing farming projects which are a key factor within the GRES business plan and one of the core systems already proven and in operation, including its long term environment-friendly revenue stream.

The GRES/Philippines BioGas Projects in the Philippines are long term agreements on designated sites with local farmers seeking to enhance their waste material business and create an environmentally friendly status while at the same time generating power and increasing their fertilizer business. GRES not only includes qualified farming partners to participate in the new high tech energy facility, but at the same time structures the operation by creating turnkey development system “BioGas-to-Energy” facilities for animal farm owners.

C TRADE Overview (Joint Venture Partner) (Already proved false.)
C TRADE funds, designs, constructs and operates turnkey biogas-to-energy projects for animal farm owners using waste manure to produce electricity and eliminate wastewater discharges. The farm owner enters into a Joint Venture Agreement with C TRADE, and shares revenues generated from the sale of electricity, fertilizer and carbon credits called Certified Emission Reductions (CER).

C TRADE Philippines, Inc. finances, designs, constructs, and operates the waste management systems consisting of anaerobic digesters, gas collection systems, sludge separators and electric power generators. The waste water treatment system comply with the ECC (Environmental Compliance Certificate) requirements and provide recycled water, produce fertilizer for sale, and discounted electric power for farm use.

Bio-Mass to Energy
GRES Bio-Mass to Energy high technology waste reduction system is not only a highly efficient recovery program, but a clean energy power system. This high tech waste to power plant can be developed on any site or landfill. GRES system is portable in three-forty-foot containers so that the plant can be moved to generate output into any designated power grid. The system is designed specially by keeping in mind the current market demand and the need to create a waste treatment plant for rural communities and/or landfill waste sites.

GRES has the ability to take biomass such as wood chips, saw dust, wheat straw, logs, switch grass and other agricultural residue and convert these byproducts to electricity.

GRES Juniper Harvesting to Pellet Plant Operation
HARVESTING WESTERN JUNIPER TREES:
There are approximately 4 million acres of Western Juniper Trees (where juniper has a 10 percent or greater canopy) in Central and Eastern Oregon, Northeastern California, and Southwestern Idaho. The area with less than 10% canopy is estimated at an additional 3.8 million acres with approximately 58% of all of the acreage located in Central Oregon. This information is based upon studies in 1996 and 2001 by Eric Nicita and Larry Swan of the U.S. Forest Service along with J. F. McNeel of the University of British Columbia

GRES will be harvesting the Juniper Trees without the need for pre and post delimbing. GRES will use low impact equipment that will minimize any adverse effects on the property. Their processes will utilize the entire tree to produce chips to be turned into wood pellets thus adding value to the product. These pellets will be sold both in bulk and bags for the home heating industry. In addition, bulk pellets will be utilized by GRES and other energy companies to provide power to industry and utility companies. The high technology modular pellet plant will produce approximately 40,000 Tons of pellets per year. GRES’s research concerning this new technology along with existing types of “Pelletizing” and marketing indicates that a major pellet industry in Canada is producing approximately 800,000 tons of wood pellets per year for the worldwide market. This industry is anticipating doubling over the coming years due to the demand for not only green energy products, but power being created worldwide by bio-Mass plant programs.

GRES’s focus is to convert thousands of non-productive juniper trees into a profitable harvesting program that will change the present status of a “low yield program” into harvesting millions of acres of trees to produce a valuable commodity and at the same time not only change the carbon foot print within four million acres of trees, but qualify the project as clean renewable energy business by means of pelletizing juniper wood into marketable green product to meet the high demand for feedstock for bio-mass power generation and commercial wood stove product. Once again, converting bad situations into clean certified green energy business and qualifying the program for tax credits.

Tree Farms - New Zealand
GRES will plant forests in either pinus-radiata or eucalyptus fastigata, both fast-growing species that have a proven history of reliable growth in New Zealand conditions. The planned management approach for CO2 Farming carbon forests will be designed to maximize the return in carbon credits from year to year at the same time as minimizing investment risk.

New Zealand carbon forest management combines best-practice, research-led species selection and tree nutrition with collection of comprehensive carbon sequestration data across the forest to make sure that all available carbon sequestered is claimed.

Carbon forestry in New Zealand represents an exciting opportunity to invest in one of the most cost-effective, robust and reputable sources of high-value International Carbon Credits available.

GRES Tire Disposal & Recycling (Already proved false)
Global Renewable Systems, Inc. (GRES) issued a Letter of Intent to acquire an existing four state “Tire Disposal and Recycling System”, known as high volume Western tire collection operations for old tires. This Waste tire system had begun operating on a small Portland, Oregon industrial site in 1982 and grew to include collection activities in Oregon, Washington, Idaho and California. Together, the old operations and the now TDR operations have recycled and/or properly disposed of over 136 million scrap tires since January of 1983. This amount is an equivalent of nearly 75% of the Northwest’s regional scrap tire generation for the last 20 years, and the equivalent of more than 38 years total generation for the state of Oregon.

The main focus of this operation is the collection and processing of scrap tires from generators located in Western Oregon, all of Washington, Idaho and parts of California. Transportation hubs are located in Portland, Seattle, and Boise to provide direct service to the customer base. The management team, many being pioneers in their area of expertise, offer over 26 years of scrap tire collection and processing service.

GRES New Technology processing systems will convert “Wasted Shredded Tires” from the standard “Shredding Rubber Process” being utilized by today’s tire recycled processors within the market to a new “Thermo Forming Molding System” utilizing the waste rubber to create “Solid Tire Wheels, Floor Mats, & Rubber Backing” to produce products that increase the per ton value of shredded tires from $ .08 cents per lb to $ .40 cents per lb.

Solar Projects/GRES-Bulgaria
GRES has established Joint Venture agreements with the Bulgarian Government and others to build 4 Solar Power Plants: 2 - 20 MW Plants, 1 – 14.5 MW Plant, and 1 – 5 MW Plant.

GRES-Bulgaria
In order to reach the target of the Kyoto-protocol and to prevent the environment from waste gases to atmosphere, the European Union set recommendations to reduce the consumption of fossil energy by 20% by 2020.

Nevada Solar Project
GRES is working with Economic Development Agencies, Power Companies, Attorneys, and Real Estate Brokers to build a Solar Power Plant in 5 WM modules up to 100 MW in total. This Solar Power Plant will be located in Nevada, USA.
